On March 05-06, 2026 from 9:00PM to 3:00AM PT we will be conducting scheduled database maintenance.
During this time active users may experience i.e. "intermittent latency and/or temporary unavailability of the database" or "Tebra Platform, Tebra Desktop (PM), RPA and APIs will be unavailable".
This is a backend infrastructure change. However, as with any DNS update, there is a global propagation window where some users might experience minor latency. Our team has taken extensive proactive measures to ensure this transition is seamless.
In the unlikely event a customer’s local connection doesn't update immediately, the "fix" is simply to wait 5 minutes for their local cache to expire.
Most connectivity queries can be resolved by the customer refreshing their browser or waiting a few minutes.
